G.I. Gold Veteran Project is a non-profit organization that conducts philanthropic activities to support veterans rehabilitation back into society. Teaching them valuable skills such as prospecting for gold, tactics to help cope with PTSD, and developing a support system within our veteran's community; highlighting to them that they are not alone in the fight against PTSD.

Gold panning with G.I. Gold Veteran Project (GIGVP) and being in the midst of nature was an amazing experience for me when I first moved from NYC to Wyoming. I felt at peace and relaxed while spending time in the mountains with other veterans and most importantly, I enjoyed the camaraderie. G.I. Gold Veteran Project is there for those veterans that are feeling overwhelmed, stressed and hopeless.
My time spent with G.I. Gold was an adventure to say the least. Great group of solid vets and even non vets who step in to help, do some awesome things for the veteran community. I had a blast riding out in the mountains to reach the site, the journey there is it's own reward.
